A: You customize your shipment with the premium products you need and we do the rest. Every month you get what you need when you need it.
● Step one - Fill your box with the products you want and the amount you’ll use.
● Step two - Choose your shipping cycle. 21, 28 or 35 days.
● Step three - Throw in some pampering (because you deserve it) and you’re done.
Q: I want to try these before subscribing, is that possible?
A: We don't send out samples but you can get your first order, up to $15, for just $1 by using code: ONEDOLLAR at checkout. That way you can try us out and if you don't like us you can cancel your order. Easy peasy!
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: We ship out your order the day after it was received USPS First Class Mail. All orders are shipped from Utah USA. Then we will ship your order every 21, 28 or 35 days depending on the shipping cycle you chose at checkout.
Q: Can I change my order if I need more or less of something?
A: A video tutorial is coming soon. If you need help now, please use the chat feature and we can walk you through it.
Q: How much is it every month?
A: The cost for everyone is different because we let you order what you want and need every month. So whatever you put in your order is what you will be charged every month unless you change your order.
Q: Where do I add the Coupon Code?
A: First add what you want to your cart and click check out. You'll see a summary of your order and then you can choose your shipping cycle: 21, 28 & 35 days. Then click check out again. On the page where you add your shipping information, scroll down and look for the blue words "Have a discount code? Click here to enter it".
Q: Am I able to cancel if I don't like the products? And how do I do that?
A: Yes! We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee because we use our product and we love it! But if you are not satisfied you can cancel at any time. We will always send you an email before we ship out your next package so you can be reminded to change, pause or cancel your order. A video tutorial is coming soon. Q: Do you have a shipping cycle for those of us on birth control and only need products every 10-12 weeks?
A: We don't have that option. But you can pause your order and unpause it when you need it again.
Q: Do you have pads and tampons for super heavy flow?
A: Yes. Our Super Tampons are actually equivalent to other brands Super Plus sizes. They hold 12 grams. Our Heavy/Overnight Pads hold up to 120 ml. Both of those options hold more fluid that the top leading brands for tampons and pads. But the unique thing about our pads is that they are still ultra thin and soft so they still hold a lot but are not annoying and bulky.

Q: When should I order my Postpartum Package?
A: Since most women do not have their babies on their due dates, and those cute little babies like to decide when they are coming, we would suggest ordering your postpartum package when you are at about 8 months along. If you or your family have a tendency to have their babies early, we would suggest ordering at 7 months to be safe.
Q: How many pads and tampons come in each individual package?
A: Our Heavy/Overnight Pads and Regular Pads have 10 in each package. Our Panty Liners come with 20 in each package. All of our tampons have 8 in each package.
Q: Do you ship to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii?
A: Yes, but we charge a $6 shipping fee.
